Designing a website of the future

PIERER Innovation, a leader in tech scouting and consulting, needed a website that showcased their mission to shape a brighter future. As Creative Lead at LX media, I spearheaded the project, starting with a bold creative concept centered on a cosmic, futuristic vibe. The design embraced a bright, optimistic aesthetic with a clean white backdrop, bold typography, and Red Mars accents for dynamic visual impact. I art-directed a photo shoot to bring the concept to life and guided the team through copywriting and UX/UI design, ensuring every detail aligned with the creative vision. The result is a striking website that captures PIERER Innovation’s pioneering spirit and forward-thinking mission.

The creative insight for PIERER Innovation’s website stemmed from their core focus on tech scouting and their deep connection to the future. The cosmic theme became a fitting metaphor, representing exploration and boundless possibilities. This concept was brought to life with animated headers and footers, immersing users in the experience of flying through space. Big, bold statements like "Beyond starts here" and "Beyond, Be," set in a futuristic font, reinforce their visionary ethos. The design features an abundance of white space, symbolizing a bright future, with Red Mars accents adding energy and focus. Micro-animations, including a "pulse" effect, and an irregular, floating layout create a dynamic, otherworldly feel that echoes the company’s innovative spirit. This seamless integration of concept and design ensures the website is as forward-thinking as PIERER Innovation itself.
For the photoshoot, I leaned into bold and unconventional choices to capture the essence of PIERER Innovation’s daring and forward-thinking culture. The management team was photographed in a strikingly red-toned restroom of the Headquarters—a perfect match for the Mars Red highlight color. The CEO’s enthusiasm for this unique setting underscored the company’s boldness and innovative spirit. Employees were photographed in their natural work environments, ensuring the imagery felt authentic and vibrant. To further tell the company’s story, I introduced the “Employee Stories” section, featuring vertical ‘reel’ format videos where team members share their experiences. This addition brings a fresh, youthful touch to the UX, making it approachable while highlighting the dynamic culture of PIERER Innovation.
